Ingredients:

1 oz gin

1 oz Campari

1 oz sweet vermouth

Orange peel for garnish

Steps:

1. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
