Holiday Cocktails from Cointreau

The Blue Monday
Pour in a tumbler glass with ice:
1 ½ oz Cointreau
½ oz Gin
Top with soda water
Add a drop of blue curaçao
Stir
Garnish: blue cherry and an apple slice 

The White Cosmopolitan
Mix in a shaker with ice:
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz Vodka
White Cranberry Juice
A spritz of lime juice
Shake
Pour into martini glass

The Cosmopolitan
Mix in a shaker with ice:
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz vodka
Juice of 1/2 lime
Splash of cranberry juice
Strain into a chilled Martini glass
Garnish: twist of orange peels
