We are running travel news on holiday trips being offered throughout the world to US travelers. So many updated virus changes are affecting entering, leaving, confinement dates, and more that it's complicated to be accurate. a 3rd vaccination is now available, as well as a new pill to protect from Covid. Please check with the tourism office in your destiantion to confirm what is current. Masks are a must in California where I'm celebrating my holidays, and each area seems to be doing their own thing. Be vigilant in checking restrictions and being respectful by wearing your mask.

Keep reminding myself of October 2019 and our visit to the Ballet De L' Opera at Opera National De Paris presented by Hiroshi Sugimoto - William Forsythe was exciting and inspiring; a new forum of spectacular dancing paired with a futuristic and jazz coupling held in one of the world's most beautiful theatres featuring a copula by Marc Chagall. The Opera was opened 2020 and friends sent me notices on the performances. Memories have gotten me through this pandemic and thank you Thorsten Hagen for the www.viking.com cruises that made these memories possible.

Many airlines including Air Canada, Air Tahiti Nui, KLM, Air France, Alaska Air and Air Berlin are offering some special flight deals, many with cancellation fees waved. Alaska Air and Southwest are offering many discounted flights in the US which may help during the holidays.
