Bonjour Bayou event attracts a huge crowd to Dos Pueblos Ranch where the Santa BarbaraRescue Mission honors spectacular citizens who have made a contribution to the ongoing success of the Mission in Santa Barbara. This year it's French all the way and the menu items will be in our story.

Five Chefs were Profiled for October September TASTE OF THE TOWN Gala Connoiseurs Dinner at Hilton Santa Barbara Oceanfront Resort. Jim Cledenen, Au Bon Climat was 2108 Honorary Vintner. It was an elegant outdoor event and the dinner by five exceptional local chefs was a gourmand's delight. Look for follow up story.

Health Minded is filled with inspiring tidbits on organizations and supporters of area groups raising funds to fight diseases affecting friends and neighbors, including Hospice of Santa Barbara Awards Luncheon, Organic Soup Kitchen, Teddy Bear Foundation and more. So many generous people donating money to find a cure for diseases, and so many health professionals moving forward to help those in need.
