Guests can then have their tresses blown out to perfection at Vu Hair New York, located within The Peninsula Spa. The first salon from renowned hair stylist Vu Nguyen, the salon comprises expert hair stylists, color technicians and a makeup artist. Nguyen has been cultivating his talent over the last eighteen years, formally training under Frederic Fekkai, contributing to top fashion runway shows such as Diane Von Furstenberg, John Varvatos, Valentino and Chanel, and working as a personal hair stylist to prominent New York figures. To complete the experience, Weekend Market Brunch at Clement restaurant is a delight as Chef de Cuisine Brandon Kida creates an irresistible three-course menu every Saturday and Sunday. The prix-fixe menu includes a variety of delicious options, including a market tasting plate and artisanal breakfast pastries for the table, followed by a choice of main course, and topped off with a trio of seasonal desserts.
