THE THIRD ANNUAL MALIBU WINE CLASSIC APRIL 1, 2006

The third annual Malibu Wine Classic will return to the tented grounds next to the sand, at the Sunset Restaurant at Westward/Zuma Beach in Malibu, California on Saturday, April 1, 2006.

To accommodate the increased attendees and wineries wishing to participate, the 2006 MWC will consist of two wine and food tasting sessions: An afternoon tasting will be held from 1-4 pm, and an evening tasting from 6-9pm. You may purchase tickets to either event, but tickets are only valid for the specified session, and are not transferrable to the other session.

NAPA VALLEY MUSTARD FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES THE AWARDS! WORLD-WIDE MUSTARD COMPETITION GOLD MEDAL AND GRAND CHAMPION WINNERS

Spicy, hot, savory, sweet; winning mustards are such a treat! The Grand Champion Mustard of the World Wide Mustard Competition is Dulcet Cuisine Madras Curry Mustard from Lake Oswego, Oregon. More than 350 mustards from destinations as far away as Japan, France, and Hawaii, and as close as Napa, were judged in 15 categories by food journalists and chefs as part of the Thirteenth Annual Napa Valley Mustard Festival. A panel of judges headed by Barry Levenson of the Mt. Horeb Mustard Museum in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, coordinated the judging panel.
